Receipts

Veritas Receipts are used as a unique object issued to the purchaser that can be linked at a later time to a review. The receipt is encrypted onto the blockchain and is only visible to the issuers of the receipt. Issuers can also lock up redeemable rewards into the receipt, allowing reviewers to redeem the reward upon leaving a verified review.

By default, Veritas expects the receipts to contain the Google Place ID of the location. If that is not present, placeMeta must be filled out with at least one field (the more the higher likelihood of finding the best matching location on Google). This works by using the hierarchy of:

1. Phone Number
2. Name
3. Address

If you supply a phone number, it must be formatted with the international call prefix i.e.:

+14124424202

For best results with an address, supply it in a formatted manner.
